2. Products & Services
Hans Wild offers fine art photography prints, photo books, calendars, merchandise, and safari expedition bookings. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods.
4. Safari Expeditions
Safari bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the expedition date. Cancellations made within 14 days of departure may forfeit the deposit. Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
5. Intellectual Property
All photographs, images, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Hans Wild and are protected by copyright laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hans Wild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
