Processing Time

Fine art prints are made to order and require 5-7 business days for production. Standard merchandise ships within 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (India)

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - ₹500
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - ₹1,000
• Free shipping on orders above ₹10,000

International Shipping

• Europe & UK: 7-14 business days - ₹3,000
• USA & Canada: 7-14 business days - ₹3,500
• Rest of World: 14-21 business days - ₹4,000

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

Fine Art Prints

Due to the custom nature of our prints, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged print, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage.

Merchandise

Standard merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Safari Bookings

Safari expedition cancellations are subject to the following policy:

• More than 30 days before: Full refund minus ₹5,000 processing fee
• 15-30 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund
